I have ordered a few times from KEH and have been pleased each time. Quick, and usually free, shipping. Purchased items are exactly as advertised. Packaging is superb and materials largely recyclable. This last order was delivered very quickly. I got a prompt in email but couldn't use it. I forgot my password. Since the prompt was attached to my email I couldn't get the reset and maintain the prompt.

Very much a bait and switch
Very much a bait and switch. They'll offer you an amount, wait till its shipped and received, then offer you roughly 60% of the quote 10 days later and claim its due to LCD burns or scratches. (My experience) When you ask for proof there is none. (I had my camera inspected prior to selling it.) By their standards my camera was considered excellent. Now that they have it in person, magically its at bargain. And they hope you'll just accept being robbed over shipping it back and the possibility of anything being damaged in the return. Genuinely recommend just listing your camera on vinted or ebay. KEH is not worthy.

Wrong lens sent.
I ordered an OM lens and received a Sigma lens. It was the wrong lens. I had to call to get a return and the correct lens was not sent until they had received the Sigma lens and checked it to see that I hadn't damaged it. I never got an apology. When I asked about the problem the person I was talking to said "it's just human error". I agree but would have liked an apology.

Great lens and customer service. I thought I received a wrong lens, a 120mm FA 645 Pentax that does not show the autofocus function. The ring covers the function and it had to be pulled in order to work.

I purchased from KEH because of the many different equipment options available. New, used, within used there’s plenty of options depending on the amount of use. That makes it so much more budget friendly. The item was in great condition and the delivery was fast. I also got a 5% discount which helped cover for sales tax.
