Mi Hipad X freezes. Very disappointed
Mi Hipad X arrived today. The design of the tablet is gorgeous. However, I am extremely disappointed with the functioning of the device. It freezes and restarts over and over again. I was watching a video on Chrome, without any other apps opened. Also it is very fragile. When I move the tablet just a little bit, it freezes. I'm sad, cause this tablet was supposed to be an investment for my work. Now I feel it was just a waste of money. I did like he size and the lightness of the device. The keyboard works well, but the stand isn't strong enough to support the tablet's weight. It unfolds. I had to clip it in order to prevent the tablet from falling. I bought this equipment directly from chuwi.com and the shopping experience was confusing. I didn't know about the customs taxes until I had bought it, I would have preferred to know this before buying. Also the shipping process was confusing: DHL tracking said one thing and the link you sent me from shopping showed different information.
