Smartpress is genuinely a fantastic!
Smartpress is genuinely a fantastic company to work with! From start to finish, the process was seamless. I was able to upload my artwork, receive a proof, and have my sign printed and shipped within 72 hours. As my sign was larger than standard, the team even reached out to confirm I was comfortable with the additional shipping cost before proceeding, which I really appreciated. They packaged the sign with great care. Unfortunately, it arrived with a slightly bent corner, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly, resolved the issue without hesitation, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I'm already working on another sign and won't hesitate to have Smartpress print it as well. I'm so glad I found them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing backed by outstanding customer service.
