Awful experience
What does their logo remind you of? It is entirely inkeeping with their complete inability to handle domain transfers, basic conversations and data requests. It has been reported to the relevant authorities and I will be filing a claim for damages. If you are reading this before taking the leap - lucky you - I could only have hoped for such a genuine heads up. Bottom of the barrel in every aspect. They ain't getting anywhere near space.
