Problem (+ read update below)
Original message : It's a website full of scammers that do not actually provide any services. I ordered an ESO horse and the seller I ordered from quite clearly stated on his offer that he had around ~10k items in stock. I promptly order the horse and then receive a message from the seller saying they don't have ANY items in stock. I reasonably ask how long would it take for a restock and I get the most vague and general answer possible, quote "when theyre still in stock" yeah thanks for the irony. I tried to contact customer support providing them with evidence and requesting a FULL REFUND and it's been 3 days now and no one has answered and I haven't gotten a cent back. I got mislead into concluding a purchase contract, I paid for an item, and thus I expect that item to be DELIVERED. Very simple. It's not rocket science. Stay clear from this site because they steal your money. Update after contacting G2G staff : I received a full refund plus 4 EUR extra bonus as compensation although it did take a bit. I initially put a 1 star review but now I changed it to 4. I don't know. I just wish the site could take harsher actions against unserious sellers. But at the end of the day I got my refund and a bonus compensation so the staff do actually listen to you. Just be careful with sellers. But thank you G2G for taking action and still listening to customers.
