Echoing what others are saying here: I bought a Western hat that looked great online plus I took advantage of their special pricing on 2 hats (their choice of style). The Western hat only looked a little like their advertised model and is at least one size too small, so I can't wear it. The two hats are the peaky boys style and appear to be made well but they're both too small! Might fit a boy but not me. I'd specified the hat size, of course, that I needed. I contacted them and, like others here, they wouldn't refund my money and suggested I make gifts of the hats that wouldn't fit! Wouldn't pay for return shipping and wouldn't replace the hats. Advised me against returning them due to the cost and slow speed of packages back to China. This whole incident cost me $81.57 for 3 hats I can't wear.
