I ordered custom fridge magnets of my two Corgis, and while one of them (Mr. C) initially arrived with brown eyes instead of his beautiful blue eyes (which made us laugh every time we looked at it!), I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Haley was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She answered every email promptly, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked with me until everything was right. What I especially appreciated was that they sent me a proof before shipping the replacement.
