I never leave reviews but this company has earned it. This company is one of the absolute worse companies I have ever bought something from and I will NEVER buy a single thing from them or recommend them. The wig color looked completely different online than what was shipped. They make you email them and I’ve been emailing them back and forth for THREE weeks without a refund. After about 2 and 1/2 I was finally able to get an address out of them ( they take forever to respond and then just send back a question and don’t even address the issue or complaint). I’m glad I only spent orginally what I did because I sent beck this wig and I have all the tracking information and they said they need to contact the US distributor to see if they received the wig. I have proof UPS left it with someone. And have yet to receive a refund. They literally don’t want to give me money back and I have receipts and emails . This company is a SCAM. And I hope they run out of business to never scam another person again. I’ll post this review elsewhere to hopefully help dissuade people from ever giving this company money in the future.
