I am totally disappointed by their customer service. I ordered an Intense French Riviera Tester but received a normal French Riviera tester. The difference in prices are like 17$, I talked to their customer service and their solution they could give me is a 5$ Cashback, which is nut because they made the mistake in the first place and did not even wanted that item.
