Didn’t fit and was very painful and they blamed me
It took three months to get the mouth gaurd and there is zero communication where you order is at during this process unless you contact the company to find out. When my night gaurd was finally delivered it was VERY painful to wear and didn’t fit properly. I emailed them and they have a 24-48 hr response time. It took them 11 days to respond to me and they blamed me saying my teeth moved and it’s not their problem and to just wear it through the pain. Horrible customer service and horrible product.
