Prepare for rate increases
I signed up in October. By December they had increased my rent. I complained about it and they reduced it back to the agreed upon amount. It’s now July and my rate went up again. I expect rate increases after a year but this is ridiculous. I called and they said they can only reduce the rate once a year (but they can increase it all they want!) Wonder how long it’s going to be before they increase it again. Response: I’ve already called corporate and they told me since they reduced the rate in Dec, they can’t do another reduction in rate. I made the comment that they can increase it as many times as they want and the rep said “that is correct”.
