Never leave a customer hanging. 15 Apr - order is placed 18 Apr - departed from Hong Kong sorting centre 21 Apr - arrived in Singapore 23 Apr - arrived at Cogent sorting centre 25 Apr - in transit Called Shopee, Shopee staff confirmed parcel will be delivered in 1-2 working days 2 May - Parcel is reported to be lost
