They add stuff to your cart and you have to remove it???
They add stuff to your cart automatically based on what they think you'd like and you have to go through and delete it. It's like they're trying to sneak in a product without you knowing. It feels sneaky, not helpful. It's also time-consuming to delete 12 random products totally $107 they "added for you". This is a stupid, stupid feature and is super annoying as a customer. Additionally, while the support agent I spoke with was really helpful in a matter, I was disappointed that their first point of contact for customer support was tone-deaf AI, and that the helpful person I spoke with was clearly outsourced labor. I don't trust the ethics behind such decisions and it signals gross, profit-rabid practices. You can have b-corp all over your site, but AI CX and outsourced work is antithetical to what you do.
