I tried to purchase the lifetime use but it changed in the system somehow. I then pointed out to the helpdesk the mistake and that lifetime and one-year were the same prices. However, I was charged for one year when I clicked one lifetime (same price) when I pointed it out. I was told to pay more to move to a lifetime. Only when I requested my money back did the change get made. The software works great, the support needs more training.
