Great customer service/support
Delivery time to the States takes about 2 weeks, but it is packaged nicely and with care. I followed the size guide, but the items were still too small so I requested a return and refund. After a bit of discussion I was able to get a full refund and will be donating these to my local shelter. I do appreciate FIRM ABS coming through with great customer service!
