Fails to provide regular themes updates
Been trying to get them provide an updated version of my store theme (El Greco Woo) for months now. Last update to this theme was May 16, 2024. Supports only up to PHP 8.1, which is now deprecated and warned by WordPress as too old. EDIT (July 23rd, 2026): We were told by the customer service representative to select any other product from their website at no extra cost to compesate, with no clear schedule in mind as to when an update to this theme would be ready. We replied we’d just like to get the theme update so we can comply with recent standards, that’s all. If the team is not planning to keep supporting at least they could be transparent about it. So, they put us now in this position of not knowing. We’ll keep waiting for their reply at some point with either news now I guess…
