Been trying to get them provide an updated version of my store theme (El Greco Woo) for months now. Last update to this theme was May 16, 2024. Supports only up to PHP 8.1, which is now deprecated and warned by WordPress as too old.
EDIT (July 23rd, 2026): We were told by the customer service representative to select any other product from their website at no extra cost to compesate, with no clear schedule in mind as to when an update to this theme would be ready. We replied we’d just like to get the theme update so we can comply with recent standards, that’s all.
If the team is not planning to keep supporting at least they could be transparent about it. So, they put us now in this position of not knowing. We’ll keep waiting for their reply at some point with either news now I guess…

I am rejecting the business's response. The explanation provided by Sellvia is a generic evasion of a systemic technical issue that shifts the blame onto the merchant rather than addressing platform failure.
Evidence Was Already Submitted: Sellvia claims they welcome "evidence of corresponding payments for review." Documentation proving these transactions and the systemic failure was submitted with my initial complaint. Sellvia has completely failed to review the attached documentation, choosing instead to reply with a boilerplate policy script.
Unaddressed Backend Glitch: Sellvia states that 42 orders were canceled because payments were not submitted within a 7-day window. They completely ignore the fact that a major backend glitch within Sellvia Ads systematically blocked and canceled these orders automatically, preventing normal processing. This is a platform error, not merchant neglect.
Predatory Holding Terms: Forcing a 125-day hold period on a 25% "Risk Reserve" while simultaneously offering an ultimatum to either accept broken systems or close the store is an unacceptable business practice.
I demand that Sellvia actually review the documentation already provided in this file, acknowledge the Sellvia Ads glitch that caused these cancellations, and immediately release my available balance and reserves.

I think the company can not be trusted , they promise you heaven and make you fall in love with them.When you start with them ,they charge you so many unnecessary charges , some which are not conscionable . I requested for a withdrawal of $210 and they sent me $140 which I think is a rip off and unconscionable , I invested over $2000 and I only have recouped $400 Dollars so far …. I think the company charges are not conscionable . I won’t advise any one to try it .
