Three weeks in, what surprised me most was how consistently the automatic order fulfillment actually processed without me babysitting it - I expected to be manually checking AliExpress supplier statuses every other day, but that anxiety turned out to be mostly unfounded. I almost skipped signing up entirely because one review called the whole thing unreliable long-term, and honestly I was ready to believe it. The one legitimate gripe I'll hand over freely is that the initial product import setup takes longer than their documentation suggests, probably an extra 4-6 hours if you care about getting your pricing rules dialed in correctly. But reliability-wise, across 21 days of actual operation with real orders moving through, the fulfillment pipeline failed to process correctly exactly once - and that was a supplier-side issue, not the tool itself. I'm sitting at a 97% automated order completion rate without touching most of it, which is the only metric that mattered to me when I was still on the fence.
