The process is not very clear to me, as to what the support initially said. I started with $200, covering my $39 monthly store subscription, $10 daily ad, and order processing credit. However, I was surprised to find out that my card was charged an additional $150 without my consent.
After that, I lodged a complaint to the support team, and they said I should pay additional money for my order processing credit. I was trying to understand how to maximize the little I had left with me, and another surprise hit me when $40 was removed from my commission of $79.21.
I am left with $39.21 in my Sellvia account from the investment of over $300. How do I explain that?

I've tried a bunch of different ecommerce tools over the last two years, and AliDropship is probably the first one that didn’t make me feel trapped inside the platform.
What helped me most wasn't some "instant success" feature, it was the flexibility. I could actually build the store the way I wanted since it runs on WordPress. I changed themes, rewrote product pages, added my own plugins, and nothing felt locked down. That matters a lot once you move past the beginner stage.
The Chrome import tool also saved me a ridiculous amount of time. I usually spend hours tweaking listings manually, but here the workflow is smooth enough that I can test ideas quickly without turning it into a full weekend project.

I went to AliDropship With great hopes of working. I started my website and ordered a collection of products. That was $60. In the morning my credit card have been charged for four other products for which I did not order. I locked my credit card and I'm not going to have anything more to do with them. There is no explanation for the charges. I cannot figure how the charges were made. I did not make them. Alidropship refunded all charges and I have pursued my business in another direction.

I got my store up and running in like a couple hours, which was honestly wild. The product import tool is super straightforward - you basically search for what you want, click a few buttons, and boom, it's on your site. I had a very negative experience with AliDropship and Sellvia, losing over $6,000 with NO return.
One major issue is that even after customers pay, you still need to fund product fulfilment yourself, which creates serious cash flow problems. On top of that, commissions are charged on every order, making it even harder to stay profitable. There is a weekly Subscription renewal for different tiers and high charges using their fulfilment option.
The “done-for-you” model is misleading. Success requires significant marketing skills, and the support provided was too generic to be helpful.
Overall, this setup carries high financial risk, especially for beginners. I would strongly advise others to fully understand the costs before getting started.

Auto fulfillment works well, stock sync is accurate. Setup was a bit rough but the plugin has been stable since. Worth one time fee.

I didn't expect much when I got AliDropship, but it actually made the whole "start a store" thing feel less messy. Not easy, just… clearer. You're not jumping between 5 different tools just to get one product live.

After deciding that Alidropship/Sellvia were not a good fit for me I asked sellvia to pay me the commission I earned, they ignored my email so I decided to contact Alidropship who at first were a bit reluctant, however Alina at Alidropship sorted this for me and I have now received my commission aswell as the risk reserves that were meant to be on hold for 125 days and the subscription payment they took out of my commission.
