Unclear process
The process is not very clear to me, as to what the support initially said. I started with $200, covering my $39 monthly store subscription, $10 daily ad, and order processing credit. However, I was surprised to find out that my card was charged an additional $150 without my consent. After that, I lodged a complaint to the support team, and they said I should pay additional money for my order processing credit. I was trying to understand how to maximize the little I had left with me, and another surprise hit me when $40 was removed from my commission of $79.21. I am left with $39.21 in my Sellvia account from the investment of over $300. How do I explain that?
