Should have written this sooner but kept waiting for something to break. I'm an ops manager, I track time like it's money, and I was spending roughly 11 hours a week manually checking orders, chasing supplier updates, and copy-pasting tracking numbers into spreadsheets - the kind of low-value work that quietly eats your week while you convince yourself it's necessary. I kept researching this thing instead of just testing it, classic analysis paralysis, and when I finally paid the $89 and set it up I spent an embarrassing amount of time in the settings before realizing the auto-fulfillment was already running without me touching anything. The one honest downside is the initial setup took longer than the marketing implies, not because it's complicated but because I kept second-guessing myself - that's on me, not the product. About 47 days in, I barely log in - it handles supplier orders and tracking automatically - and the dashboard is genuinely simpler than I expected, which I mean as a compliment because simple means I don't have to babysit it. Those 11 hours are mostly gone now, and that's the only number that mattered to me.
