9 day China Tour
Just finished my 9-day guided tour in China and here are my thoughts. First and foremost, the tour was organized very well. Each our our guides from Beijing to Zhangjiajie to Chengdu were all absolutely wonderful. They certainly did more than necessary to make sure my partner and I were taken care of. So, why is this a 3-star review? My main problem is with chandler wang. China/Asia highlights has always been very meticulous in their planning and this wasn't any different. The problem was that after the email exchanges, he gave me a number on Whatsapp to stay in touch and he just simply never responded. So, what's the problem if he doesn't respond? The problem is that he is my main contact in case anything changes or if I run into a problem. For example, when I arrived at one of the airports, my guide was about 5-7 minutes late. There is no way for me to contact the guide to communicate this since I wouldn't know who it is, and my only contact with the company doesn't respond in case of emergencies. This is one those things that could turn out very bad (luckily everything went well).
