Its a gamble
Bought a handbag and it was great so I came back and bought a silver ring and within 8 hours of wearing it, the ring had turned black despite it being advertised as 925 silver. When I complained I received an email back saying I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t provide a “product material identification certificate” despite them clearly being able to see the seller advertised it as 925 Silver and me providing various photos of the black ring. I don’t even know what a “product material identification certificate” I emailed back to say this and I’ve received no email back… Long story short, it’s a gamble to order from DHGate and don’t expect any support or refunds if it goes bad!
