DON'T USE RAPYD
I've made a payment of 1202 EUR to a business partner that I know very well and we even see each other every day. This payment has never arrived to my business partner and even with all the proofs from the other bank, RAPYD are not replying to my emails anymore, and when they reply, they don't even care. But they can withdraw 99 EUR each month for the monthly fees without problem. This is stealing people's money and I will not let this happen like that. I've asked them multiple times to send me their legal team contact details, they don't reply to this. They finally told me that the refund is on the way, but guess what, 2 weeks have passed and still no sign of this refund.
