Fantastic customer support
I had issues with my HexClad pan with constant sticking. The response i received from customer support was extremely good, advice was given on what to try to help with the sticking issues. When none of the advice made any difference I was offered a replacement pan. Many emails went back and forth and every response was very quick. The customer support team were very polite and helpful and I could not fault them. Congratulations on employing such a great team. I look forward to receiving my new pan and hope for a better cooking result this time. PS, the 4stars is only because of the problems with the pan, I would give customer support 5stars.
