So disappointed!
I was delighted to receive the skylight frame from my husband at Christmas. As I am always organising and taking photos so this was the perfect gift. However I am so disappointed with your customer service. You market yourself as a caring company, but for the price you charge, you offer no after care whatsoever! As for replying to emails, there is no response at all! The Frame itself is easy to set up, but delivers black lines across the highest quality of pictures. Which I cannot get rid of! This appears to be the norm from what I am reading. My advice - Save yourself the expense. Very clever marketing and very little else. I expected so much more!
