Fixing problems well
It's pretty easy to like a company when everything goes well. My hat order was lashed up and taking forever. A phone call to the 800 number was answered by a real person, Casey. He was extremely helpful and I was treated like a valuable customer. My hat finally arrived and it was perfect. Thanks Casey
