I have been trying to reach Haven Life regarding a question on my policy for over a week i called and it doesn't even go to voice mail it cuts you off, i tried chatting it just goes to leave a message, and i've sent 4 emails and no response. This doesn't bode well at all and it worries me also that if my heirs need to claim someday they won't be paid, if i cant even get a simple call or email back on a question
