Reposting after Trustpilot removed my legitimate review under pressure from Tebra. I have the emails & reciepts! I ran a cash-based practice on Tebra, formerly Kareo, for nearly five years. The sales process is where they shine. The demos are polished, the promises are impressive, and none of it reflects the reality of daily use. Patient appointment notifications were unreliable at best and completely absent at worst. I submitted support cases asking why patients were not receiving confirmations. Those cases sat unanswered for months. My patients missed appointments because the system failed to communicate with them and no one at Tebra could explain or fix it. When I needed support for an actual clinical workflow issue, there was no one. Customer service for anything touching real practice operations does not exist. Cases opened sat for months without resolutions. The telehealth feature was not a clinical tool. It was a checkbox on a marketing page. When I cancelled and moved to a competitor at one-third the cost, Tebra billed me for an additional month citing a 30-day notice requirement that did not exist in my original Kareo contract. That is not a policy. That is THEFT. After I left and posted my honest experience, Tebra had the audacity to contact me asking me to remove the review. When I refused, they went to Trustpilot. Trustpilot emailed me. I responded confirming this was a legitimate review based on nearly five years of documented experience. They removed it anyway. That sequence of events raises a serious question about what Trustpilot actually is. If a platform emails a reviewer asking them to confirm authenticity, receives confirmation, and still removes the review after a paying advertiser applies pressure, they are not a review platform. They are a reputation management service for companies that can afford to use them. I cannot name a single strength of Tebra. I have receipts & email communications for everything I have stated here. Providers deserve better. There are better systems. Find one.
