I am a longtime customer of Bellami. My wedding is around the corner (in 2 weeks) and I ordered k-tips and the deluxe tape ins but they got lost in transit on the way to me. I immediately panicked and contacted Bellami to express my fear they had been lost and won’t get delivered on time. The next day I got notification that there is a replacement order on the way, keep in mind it’s currently a Sunday. Anissa sent me an email to update me and handled everything perfectly to help me with my order and big day coming up!! So pleased with customer service because of her. As for the complaints about the hair quality, I’ve been more impressed with their deluxe tape ins than prior to them. I have yet to experience the k-tips but will hope for the best. Thanks Anissa!
