Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service . The drop off points POC was happily talking outside and told me to leave my package at the table and eventually they did not scanned my package and cause the order to be cancelled . Now 3 of my package when missing , they even ask me to show proof . How am I able to show proof to them, am I suppose to take every single picture at the drop off points every time ?
