It's often said that the true worth of a company is only really seen when something goes wrong. My EcoFlow micro inverter was ordered directly from EcoFlow UK and very promptly delivered through Royal Mail. Installation and setup was a breeze. Unfortunately after 2 month both Bluetooth and Wifi connections failed. I contacted EcoFlow who quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent and were very accommodating to my specific needs. Communication from them was prompt, understanding, very polite and put me, the customer first in every way possible. WELL DONE ECOFLOW.
