NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND & NO COMMS
Order no FF33159U was placed on 3rd June. 14th June a reference number was given to state the item was on its way. Since then, the tracking number doesn't exist, no goods received and inspite of submitting emails, I have had no comms for 2 weeks. I have asked for a refund as this company has taken my money, not provided the item and not responded to me. I have had to buy a temporary car carrier and if by some miracle this unwanted purchase finds its way to me it will cost ME further money to return. I WANT A REFUND and I demand a response. Do not buy from this company, their customer service is appalling.
