I got caught napping!
I was nodding off to sleep almost, when I spotted some nice looking suede boots on this companies website. I picked two colours army green and burgundy and through PayPal used my credit card. A discount of £10 was also included in the purchase. When I woke up the next morning I realised I hadreceived the confirmation email but five days later the company had me down as still waiting to be shipped. So I went to trust pilot, which I should’ve done initially before making a purchase and saw they had some of the worst reviews ever. I sent an email to the company and told them that I had read some of the worst reviews I’ve ever read in my life and I want my money back on my card within 24 hours. Actually took 120 hours. Reading many other reviews this was an excellent turnaround time to get my Money/credit returned back to my card. This is the reason I’m giving them four stars because they didn’t mess me about for weeks on end. If anybody knows what they’re doing at the helm they seriously need to give the whole company a major shakeup. I feel the pain of all of those who have lost Money or been stuck with substandard products.
