I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed! I ordered a pool cover in August and it is September and they said it is back ordered and do not know when it is in stock. I had to ask the guy several times to cancel the order before he agreed to cancel it. He then told me I would get a confirmation email 30 minutes after I hang up that the order is canceled. It’s been a hour and I got a confirmation thanking me for my order! Now I have to get back on the phone and fight to get it canceled. I am heading to my back to order a new card.
