Poor customer service …
I ordered a large chandelier and was told it would ship and arrive in 10-20 days. I then heard nothing and so followed up and discovered that they couldn’t find a company to ship the item. Home lights held 850 euros of mine for 4 weeks and only admitted the problem when I asked where my order was. Very poor service
