Kind & understanding customer service!!
I've ordered from Lovepop Cards quite a few times so I knew when I needed a beautiful card for the passing of a pet in our family, I turned to them. I was sad when I hadn't received it, however, with the help of their customer service, they double-checked my address and have sent me a replacement and expedited the shipping! I am so grateful for Mary who was extremely helpful from the very beginning. Not only are their cards gorgeous, their customer service is amazing as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ♥ Carla
