My husband just started using the face cream, so have no long-term opinion yet. He is starting to notice small improvement in 'eye bags' that he hates! We, however, contacted Customer Care about the point process, and must say the Customer Service is Amazing! So refreshing after being ignored by so many companies, with no resolution. Ordering was easy even though I am not a computer person! Grateful for a company that listens, responds, and is customer oriented-Thank You!
