OMG so rubbish
OMG, Never again!I made the booking, tried to cancell is and ... mission impossible started, cannot cxl on line, customer service in UK - 0 response. Called USA, asked several times to spell name, email etc, then transfered to another team, guess what, had to repeat same info and guess what, request to cancel was transfered to the escalation team, over 20 minutes on line with USA for nothing, just useless phone bill for something so easy. Never again.
