I own Amenities Day Spa & Salon in Fresno, and Giftly is selling "gift cards" for it without my permission. No partnership. No relationship. They never even asked. And it is not a real gift card. It is a Giftly product with an added fee, redeemable as cash anywhere, that my front desk cannot honor like a normal gift card. Customers pay more, get confused, and I clean up the mess. Profiting off a business name you never had permission to use, then making the owner beg to opt out, is predatory. Buy gift cards directly from the business. And if you own one, check whether Giftly is doing this to you too.
