The application process and receiving the loan wasn't a problem at all. The problem is with the horrendous customer service that you receive when you try to make your payments. This company switched off automatic payments and allowed my account to accrue late fees and ultimately a lowered credit score. Requests to take payments were not fulfilled. The attitude from the San Antonio office manager was atrocious. She spoke to me as if she was the star of a Jerry Springer episode. Need I say more. DESPITE DISCUSSING THESE ISSUES AT LENGTH ON THE PHONE, THE REPLY BELOW STATES THEY KNOW NOTHING OF IT ALL....... Oh boy!
