Not a good experience
I wished I had seen other reviews before I came across this website. They show all the seats are available even when the official rail carrier doesn't show the availability. It looks like they do not have any real time connection with the carriers. I paid in USD and they told they will send the seats and they sent cancellation mail and refund initiated mail. Really wasted the time. One good thing is that I received my refund in 5 days. But they also deducted currency conversion fees from Euro to USD. Also they refunded little less than what was originally deducted as per the USD conversion rate that day. Not a good experience. Giving 2 stars because I got my refund back in 5 days.
