Samcart is cool in theory but basic in execution. I signed up via an ad that told me I was getting 80+ templates for social media to post my e book with. There was about 15 templates and all of them looked like power points from the 2005. I don’t see how any of those could get you interest on any new age social media platform. The templates to create an ebook was pretty good, the execution of coming up with an idea and it designing and creating an ebook was good. The template themselves looked a little basic but would have been fine if other things worked. Every time I downloaded an ebook it was missing sections of texts, photos etc and I tried to work with customer service but after weeks of no resolution I decided to just cancel. I didn’t see the point of paying for a service that wasn’t doing what was advertised (social templates) and wasn’t creating the ebooks so I could download and sell them. In fairness due to these things holding me back I never got to checking out their funnel system, so I can’t say anything on that part. For $70 a month it’s not worth it in my opinion. If they created social media templates that actually were in this decade and fixed issues with ebooks not downloading and maybe had books look a bit more polished, it would be. Again, cool In theory.
