I can't speak to what others say however I have not had any issues with buying anything from Horizon hobby. Everything has been delivered either on time or ahead of time and in perfect condition. Everything from transmitter, planes, batteries and parts. Also got actual calls from them to see if they can do anything better? They have great customer service and products so I don't get the complaints? I will continue to do business with them.
