Shipping Issue Resolved
It turns out that the particular pair of boots I ordered were not in stock, and were in fact being custom made which takes over a week. This is why I didn't receive a tracking number. When I reached out, it was explained that the product could take an additional 20 business days to arrive. The bottom line is that although the designs are great, you can expect about 40 calendar days for you purchase to arrive. The Onlymaker team refunded my money, and although it didn't work for this year's Halloween, I will definitely order earlier next year.
