I love this company, however it is taking too long to resolve the issue.
I love this company. I encountered a damaged garment and it took about week to get a response. The problem is still being resolved. I needed the outfit for a special occasion, so I ordered another suite before the resolution began. Overall I am happy with doing business however on this occasion it has taken a bit longer to resolve this problem.
