Feel like I’m being scammed
We purchased a shed from shelter logic on a Friday and received confirmation with order # and invoice #. Said once it’s shipped they would send us tracking number. When I access my account on shelter logic and click on my orders it takes me to the homepage to shop and does nothing?! I tried chatting with an expert, none was available and said to leave a message. I have left two messages. I sent three emails and I finally got one that said your item has already shipped it is being handled by ABF and will call you before delivery. With some numbers that are not tracking numbers and none of them work on anything. I have tried calling several times to get a different language response and to leave a message because no one is available to help me. People get scammed by big companies often and to not be able to access or get anyone to talk to you, makes you feel Ike you are being scammed. Don’t waste your time fooling with this company. Go buy what you are searching for from somewhere else even if you do have to pay a little extra. Because it’s not worth the headache.
