The quality of the sweater is low. As soon as I opened the package, I saw that the thread is coming off the sweater. Their solution is for me to sew it back myself, not to exchange or refund me. Therefore, I requested returning as a "change my mind" reason, instead of "damaged item" reason. They want me to pay for the return shipping myself, which turned out to be more than the item itself. Just don't buy from this store.
