Ordered item on 9/5/2022 and as of 10/18 (today), I still don't have the item. My credit card was charged back in September and shortly after that I was told that the items was in a restocking delay. I asked for a status and suddenly the item supposedly shipped. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to ship the item back and pay for the shipping in order to receive a refund. While I understand the shipping issues are out of their control, their tracking information SUCKS and they have done nothing to update me on a purchase they charged $85+. I am about ready to dispute the charges through my credit card. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This was supposed to be an outfit for my daughter to wear to a wedding on 10/22...I thought a September purchase would not be an issue. Unbelieveable!
