Good communication by the customer…
Good communication by the customer service team of Kiki Lightning. One lamp arrived broken, so we received a new one. Two other lamps (Octo lamps) arrived later on. One was broken as well, so we received our money back. The only thing is that the Octo lamps do not match the photos. The photos on the website are from the original lamp. My feedback to Kiki Lightning is to post photos of the lamps how they are and will be send. That makes it more transparant for the buyer, so that they can make their dicision in buying the original lamp or the Kiki Lightning variant (which is slightly different). Another thing is that we received two different Octo lamps. The lampholder insight is in one lamp lower than in the other one, also the wood has a difference in colour. Furthermore, happy with the lamps.
